SUSSEX and KENT

Sussex and Kent boast some fantastic English vineyards. We are proud to work with Oastbrook, Charles Palmer and Oastwood, all of whom are within

half an hour’s drive of our shop. While sparkling wine put English viticulture on the map, don’t underestimate the outstanding

still wines available from many of the newer vineyards. It’s no secret that English wine is expensive, but these three producers offer

excellence and value for money. None of these wines are available in supermarkets or major chains.

ITALY

Italian wine is a fascinating study : every one of Italy’s twenty regions has it’s own unique, indigenous specialties. We dont have the room to represent every Italian grape, but we stock a number of very cool but still affordable wines, including some grapes you may not have come across … and Nick loves talking to anyone who will listen about Italian wine, so come on in and have a chat.

We’re not ignoring the southern hemisphere - we have good examples of some classic wines from Australia, South Africa and South America.
